I just wanted to let you know that we are really happy we chose Conroys for our move.

The Townsville team who worked at packing up our house and car were absolutely marvellous.

This includes Donna who was around at our place to assess and give a quote within a couple of hours of my first call (the other companies did not get there until the following day or later.) She guided us every step of the way and made us feel reassured that all was in good hands.

Mick the supervisor of the packing was also terrific, as were the packers themselves - Damien, Shane, Westie, Mick and Graham. They were efficient and calm - much appreciated at such a time of upheaval - and responded to all our concerns and requests with patience, friendliness and a total commitment to solving problems and getting the job done to the highest standard. As the chief troubleshooter, Damien was outstanding. Having moved internationally and domestically so many times over the last decade, we have lots of experience and I would have to say that this was the best team we have ever worked with.

Being able to talk with you directly about our removal needs was also really helpful, and we would like to thank you for your efforts to assure us of your packing standards, and for negotiating the best deal for us.

We are now waiting for you to let us know when the shipment will be arriving in Nelson.

I can't remember what the 2 guys were called that brought or container on Monday, but please will you pass a message on to them and their Manager. They were both a real credit to your company. They were polite, friendly and very efficient. Even though it was getting late, they didn't rush, they took their time so as not to damage anything. People are only too quick to complain, so when praise is due, it should be given.
If our removal men in the UK had have been half as good as the guys on Monday, our move to Australia would have been less stressful. Conroys in general have been a pleasure to deal with, so many thanks to all of you. Say thanks to the guys again.

The two here on Tuesday who helped pack the pantec and the two who were here yesterday, Kerrin, the receptionist and yourself all helped to make this a far less daunting task than I thought it would be. The helpful advice, the prompt responses and the ease in which the guys moved the furniture, without fuss or complaint was nothing short of wonderful. The guys were very polite, highly professional and worked "their butts off" with nothing being a problem for them. I have been very impressed and very pleased to have used Conroys for my moving and storage.

The company takes customer service to another level which is testiment to the people working for Conroys. I have moved quite a few times over the past years and I would recommend Conroys well above any other removal business I have engaged.

I would like to bring to your attention the excellent support provided by four of your employees during our transfer from Yeppoon to Maroochydore.
Mark, Dan, Mick and Anthony attended our property in Yeppoon on March 8. They were punctual and exceptionally well mannered. They performed their tasks in a professional fashion packing a variety of items with care and consideration. At all times they were polite and communicated well with both myself, my partner and our children. On Friday March 17, they delivered our property to Kuluin. Once again they were professional in every sense of the way. All items arrived without damage and were moved with a minimum of fuss. After unpacking our household goods, they came and collected the cartons and wrapping.
At all times they displayed a high level of professionalism. During the stressful time of shifting, they placed both myself and my family at ease with their efforts. Their assistance is very much appreciated. Please pass on our sincere thanks.
