Your insurance form is kind of broken and your customer service staff had to really handhold me through filling it out because the fields aren't visible in browser. I used multiple browsers and devices before we figured out the problem.I was asked for a delivery date for my items and it wasn't acknowledged and the items came several days later, the staff made no justification or apology for this. Why ask me in the quote if you have no intention of fulfuliing that? Seems a bit pointless. Also my boxes clearly had markings such as "FRAGILE" "THIS WAY UP" and "DON'T STACK ON TOP OF THIS" which were apparently ignored upon delivery.I paid for insurance for items which are boxed and delivered to an Australian address while I'm overseas for two years. So when I get back I can unbox to see if anything's broken by which time my insurance is likely invalid? Just a bit frustrated here. The staff were reliable to reply to emails but overall a bit of a clunky experience. I will use other services in the future.
