The team in Brisbane was great both before and during uplift. We are now waiting for word on an item that has been "lost". Operations in Melbourne doesn't always answer their phone and takes a long time to return phone calls. I understood that the container was exclusively ours and it was quite full at uplift but some of our items were offloaded elswhere. I should have insisted on locking the container at uplift and keeping the keys! The delivery guys were almost running as they were unloading and I was expected to keep up marking off multiple item numbers as they brought them in. It was stressful and became overwhleming and I had a "run in" with the leader as a result. If anything had been damaged I had no hope of inspecting anything at the speed they were going. Fortunately he slowed down after we discussed it. In his favour – nothing was damaged despite his speed. The "customer expereince" however was less than ideal.
