Whilst the guys moving the goods were approachable, the operator in charge was not interested in placing the goods at my preferred location. Whilst the ground may have been too wet to safely move the goods, an option to place nearer could have been presented / discussed. It appears all that was to happen was to unload at the closest and easiest location and be on the way.Whilst I appreciate time is of the essence, a discussion about where to place the goods at a mutually agreed location should have been had and would have been helpful to all. This didn’t occur, in the end goods were place at the easiest location with no interest in anything else but. The next day myself and my partner relocated the items to the required destination with no issues even though they were heavy and only two of us, one being a female. I’d suggest lead staff were trained on customer interaction and have a more approachable demeaner.Thanks for being informative on the regular updates prior to delivery and keeping me informed of progress.
