The many stages of the entire process proved seamless from first enquiry, quoting, packing advice, pick up and keeping in touch through trans-Tasman transit to finally customs and quarantine clearance. Sadly the faultless communication then ceased and after three weeks of no further advice, a follow up was necessary for delivery. This thankfully prompted delivery 3.5 weeks since the last communication. Two breakages. Overall impressed with the experience and would use again.
