A client surname in the feedback would be helpful – one slight improvement – once the shipment has left the care of your inbound team and transferred to Ops to arrange delivery details, , there is no communication back to the agent (me) on final delivery date/time – I have to assume its all locked in and your ops team are actually calling the client. It would be nice to have that certainly.
