Quick door-to-door service. Happy with the end result.

The communication via email was efficient and the delivery people were very polite and respectful. The process for bringing things into the house was efficient and calm. Thank you for a good delivery! It was however inconvenient that the time slots were limited to weekday mornings. We felt disappointed to have to pay hundreds of dollars more to have it delivered on a Saturday – though we understand wages are higher on the weekend and this is fair. But $400? We were pleased it could be delivered on the first Saturday, thank you. 

Conroy kept me informed with regular updates of my shipment. They were very efficient with the transport of goods from the Brisbane to the Melbourne office. The Melbourne team were quick to respond and deliver the goods. The two delivery crew were very polite, efficient and helpful.

Your services have been excellent. Information of delivery date and delivery itself.The problem I had is more with the supplier at departure, as it was planned to arrive early Jan and it arrived early March 🙁 

I recieved helpful advice and support throughout the process, from initial communications about customs forms and payments necessary up to final delivery of my shipment from the UK. Care was taken over supplying the most suitable vehicle for delivery as we have a long, steep driveway through trees. The delivery men arrived punctually and were careful and efficient unloading all the boxes, checking their list to ensure everything was present. A big thank you to all concerned.

Could have done without extra requests for information. Just one request would have been easier. But actual delivery to my garage was done professionally.Happy with service. 

The two guys who delivered and unpacked my boxes were great workers, and totally respectful. They accommodated my needs and suggestions, and politely discussed options based on their far greater experience than mine. Highly recommended.
