Very impressed with the service

Being an 85-year young woman I am very impressed with the service I received from you. From packing, getting the right insurance and keeping me in touch all the way. As I was already in Australia before my effects were even packed and collected my mind was at rest. I would recommend this company for anyone on the move. Thanking you.

While the guys on the site for the unpack were great, I was thoroughly unimpressed with the communications throughout the process of the arrival, customs clearance etc. This will be obvious by any review of the communications. The agent assigned was never available by phone and only contactable by calling the main number for the company (as obtained via a Google search). Any initial requests via email for a phone call to clarify the process BEFORE it happened were ignored. Thoroughly unimpressed.

Our delivery was arranged for 7am. No one turned up and I rang Conroy at 9am. Turns out the delivery booking was lost in the system and hadn't been arranged. Delivery was rearranged for the following day however no compensation was offered.

I did make the effort that all details re days for removal were made aware to the driver, and that I required weeks notice for the apartment management. This got lost somehow so my move was pushed out two weeks, which was ok because I'm staying with my Dad, but if I was paying rent it would have mattered to a degree. The team of Lance and Ben were brilliant and went out of there way to assist. They are a great assest to the business.

Completely pleasant and hassle free

I was kept well informed at every stage of the shipment, even to the point of changing my delivery address in Australia at the last moment.I found the contact people to be very helpful at all stages, from the pick up in New Zealand to the delivery address in Brisbane, Australia.The whole experience for us was completely pleasant and hassle free. Would I use Conroy again, definitely yes.

Good delivery experience on the day, packers seemed knowledgeable in their business, pointed out a couple of mistakes made by packers in the UK. Unpacked mostly everything, although missed a couple of boxes. Only one issue: the team said they would return to collect/remove debris / rubbish as part of their delivery service, but when I contacted Wayne to arrange this, Wayne replied to my first email then didn't reply to my subsequent email, and I still haven't heard anything back since.

I hope you're doing well. I wanted to reach out to express my frustration and share some concerns I had regarding the recent move. There were a few issues that I believe should be addressed in order to improve the process for future customers.One of the key concerns I have relates to the lack of guidance provided during the packing process, especially when it comes to items that may need special attention due to customs regulations. For instance, when your team arrived to pack our belongings, I don’t recall being informed that certain items, such as vacuum cleaners, needed to be cleaned thoroughly before packing them for transport. Had I known this in advance, I would have ensured that all items met the necessary requirements. Unfortunately, we were charged an unexpected 750 AUD in additional fees due to customs issues. This could have easily been avoided with better communication and a clearer understanding of the packing guidelines.Another issue I’d like to address is the handling of our choppers. I specifically asked the packing team if it would be fine to pack them, and they assured me it would be no problem. However, during the move, these items were damaged. If the packing team had provided more detailed advice on how to handle these delicate items or even offered alternative solutions, I believe this could have been prevented. Clearer communication on such matters would have greatly helped us avoid these costly mistakes and the stress that followed.I want to emphasize that my intention is not to criticize but to offer constructive feedback that I hope will help refine your process. With proper education and communication about potential issues, I believe future customers would have a much smoother and more transparent experience. I trust that you’ll take these concerns into account for future improvements.
