My complete sound system/ record player was damaged. It is my favourite item and has been damaged beyond repair. My lamp was also damaged which was annoying, but not the end of the world. The record player being damaged was so disappointing. The whole reason I didn't mind paying a premium price for my stuff to be shipped was so that I felt assured that my high end record player, amp, and speakers would get to me safe and in the same condition I left them. Not sure what I would do next time, but it has scared me to use this service for anything of value being shipped trans tasman.

Great Service
Great service carried out from the start when Lee came to give us the quote right through to getting our furniture to our new home in NZ. We were advised at every stage with no hold ups. Great people to deal with on time with all paperwork completed for customs and no delays there as well.
The only thing is that we have 3 broken items which we need to contact Conroy's over as we are still unpacking boxes ourselves.

Two tvs and 1 bedside table broken. A complete dinner set left behind ( it did get delivered 5 months later)

Very helpful and supportive
Overall the service was good. There was a little bit of confusion over the timing of getting the Shipment to Saudia however this was rectified. I would definately use the service again.
