Communication was extremely poor. When customs released my items you didn't bother to contact me. I had to call the service desk over eight times to get an ETA. Each time they advised the Sydney office will be in contact several timelines outlined passed. On the last phone call the service desk said they had lost the items and found them again (forgotten). Then after securing a delivery date, it arrived earlier than planned by two hours. No need to respond. There was plenty of time during the delivery process for management to intervene, but none did.
