We were assured by Dubai office that contents would arrive 15/7/2025 but did not receive till 14/8/2025.  Goods were picked up in March so this would be delivered on time. I am aware Conroy Removals were not at fault but it is a partnership between countries. It had been costly to set up due to this situation. Both groups of packers and unpacker were fantastic, but the communication with Conroy was poor from the office with updates and then being advised the delivery date with no communication if this was acceptable.
