There were a few issues that I believe should be addressed in order to improve the process for future customers.One of the key concerns I have relates to the lack of guidance provided during the packing process, especially when it comes to items that may need special attention due to customs regulations. For instance, when your team arrived to pack our belongings, I don’t recall being informed that certain items, such as vacuum cleaners, needed to be cleaned thoroughly before packing them for transport. Had I known this in advance, I would have ensured that all items met the necessary requirements. Unfortunately, we were charged an unexpected 750 AUD in additional fees due to customs issues. This could have easily been avoided with better communication and a clearer understanding of the packing guidelines.Another issue I’d like to address is the handling of our choppers. I specifically asked the packing team if it would be fine to pack them, and they assured me it would be no problem. However, during the move, these items were damaged. If the packing team had provided more detailed advice on how to handle these delicate items or even offered alternative solutions, I believe this could have been prevented. Clearer communication on such matters would have greatly helped us avoid these costly mistakes and the stress that followed.I want to emphasize that my intention is not to criticize but to offer constructive feedback that I hope will help refine your process.
