Overall, the use of Conroy's was not our choice as this was done from the removal company in the UK. The issues we had was the poor communication from you. I felt it was left to me to contact Conroy's when requesting an update of when we were going to receive our furniture. The other was the length of time it took to be cleared once it had arrived in Sydney. We fully understand this may have been out of Conroy's control, but keeping us informed with regular updates would have nice.
