We struggled a little with communications to agree the final delivery date/time but the problem turned out to be the email Conroy sent confirming delivery ended up in my junk mail folder and only after the delivery took place did I find it, not really a Conroy problem but maybe you could ask customers to check their junk email folders if they are waiting for confirmation of delivery.Unfortunately one of the packing cases arrived with quite bad damage, thankfully upon inspection the contents were for the most part ok, the breakages were two small glass bowls and one small drinks glass, none of which had any real value, again not really down to Conroy as the damage could have happened anywhere and we are grateful that the packing case took most of the damge rather than the contents.
