Some of the boxes were somewhat squashed, and had obviously been thumped about in transit. The glass in some items (photos in frames) was broken – probably due to inadequate wrapping – many were fine. I am still unpacking. Your delivery man was very oblging and carried all the boxes up a long flight of stairs to get into the house. I think the cardboard boxes need to be more substantial.
