Overall I was really happy with the service, I thought it was a fair price and everything turned up in the same condition it was shipped in. It's quite an overwhelming process moving everything (car and personal effects) back to Ireland. There is a huge amount of paperwork and I found I had to keep asking the "right" questions in order to have the necessary information. I was advised by your Perth office to return my Australian licence plates to DOT however this is incorrect and it caused me additonal expense and a lot of stress in Ireland. I would recommend you update your team with this information. I found AMC Removals in Ireland to be extremely helpful, they kept in communication with me and were very patient with my queries and assiting with the VRT exemption.I would definitely recommend you in the future, but I do think you could have made the process a little easier for me and would have saved admin time on your end if the steps were clearly outlined in a PDF.
