The only thing I would change is that it would have been good to get more status updates, even if there are no status update. Towards the end of the three weeks after the shipment arrived into port, and having heard nothing I did start to wonder what was happening so I emailed to check. Had I had an email, say once a week, just informing me that the shipment is processing though or there is a delay or similar, I would have felt informed of what was happening. This is a very minor point but which would improve the customer's experience a lot to a 5 Star.Otherwise excellent service from you all.
