I would especially like to thank Isabella (Izzi) in your Brisbane office for guiding me through the Australian Customs and clearance part of the shippng process. She was extremely professional and her customer service is excellent. I would also like to thank James and his driver (sorry I can't rememer his name) from the Melbourne office who delivered my belongings on it's final leg from Melbourne to Maryborough, Victoria. They were very professional and kept me informed of their expected delivery time. They also handled my belongings with care.
