I recently moved from Western Australia back to Melbourne and had the absolute best experience with Conroy Removals. The entire team was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful.A special shout-out to Stephen, who provided outstanding communication, regularly keeping me updated on every step of the process. The moving crew on the day were also fantastic – efficient, careful, and made the entire process seamless.The price was very reasonable compared to other companies, offering fantastic value for such a top-tier service. I couldn't recommend Conroy Removals more highly. Thank you for making a stressful move so easy!

Guided Us Every Step of the Way
Right from the very moment I contacted the Tauranga team about our move to Australia, I knew I was in great hands. Their advice regarding what we could take and what we couldn't and other tips regarding customs was invaluable. The paperwork was easy to fill in, the packing team did a sensational job and we absolutely loved the updates throughout the whole journey for our things to Australia, by email and by text. Once our furniture was cleared by Customs, the removal truck arrived perfectly on time and everything was unloaded in the quickest time, a sensational team. We have since recommended on the 'Kiwis Moving to Australia' Facebook page and to others.It was a stressful time moving to Australia navigating our way in another country, but I felt like Conroy Removals stood by our sides guiding us every step of the way which was truly appreciated.

Customs clearance fees not clearly explained to me. Payment to have personal goods destroyed was unbelievable. Broken glasses and photo frames despite being well packed. Ripped and stretched canvasses.

Service Out of This World!
The Level of service given to us by Stephen and his team, Crumps and James, was totally out of this world. Stephen's communication was perfect I knew what to expect before the team arrived. Crumps and James were on time, helpful, respectful, friendly and professional. On the day they took control of the offload and made sure all boxes were taken to the correct location, they unwrapped all the furniture and removed all packaging from site. I would like senior Management to extend our gratitude to Stephen, Crumps and James for their service. It's truly refreshing dealing with such a professional and happy bunch of guys. They have not only done a great job but respectfully admired the work the Auckland team had done, which shows me Conroy has a great culture and a happy team.Thank you Conroy for your service and I am now an advocate for your company.
