Overall impressed

Took a bit longer then expected to ship my items. Some items damaged, cracked furniture, cracked tote lids etc, broken BBQ handle. I'm overall impressed with the distance and amazing wrapping job on furniture. Three or four things damaged out of a household of stuff is pretty damn good.

Entire process was smooth and efficient

I was very pleased with the service. The quote was provided quickly, and the communication throughout the entire process was smooth and efficient.However, when the boxes arrived, I noticed that some of them were damaged with holes. Thankfully, all my belongings were intact and nothing was damaged, but I thought it was important to mention.I appreciate the hard work your team put in, and despite the issue with the boxes, I’m happy with how everything went. I’d definitely consider using your services again in the future.

Best customer service from this company, from the initial contact to the delivery in NZ. Everyone we dealt with were efficient, easy to contact and always communicating as to where our goods were in transit. I would definitely recommend this company.

The team in Brisbane was great both before and during uplift. We are now waiting for word on an item that has been "lost". Operations in Melbourne doesn't always answer their phone and takes a long time to return phone calls. I understood that the container was exclusively ours and it was quite full at uplift but some of our items were offloaded elswhere. I should have insisted on locking the container at uplift and keeping the keys! The delivery guys were almost running as they were unloading and I was expected to keep up marking off multiple item numbers as they brought them in. It was stressful and became overwhleming and I had a "run in" with the leader as a result. If anything had been damaged I had no hope of inspecting anything at the speed they were going. Fortunately he slowed down after we discussed it. In his favour – nothing was damaged despite his speed. The "customer expereince" however was less than ideal.
