As promised my items were delivered within three months to my home, and with no damage. Thanks to all the team. 

The guys on the ground at both ends are a tribute to the company name. Based on purely what I know of the boys and gals that I met during our re-locate over the ditch I rate these guys top class. Cool under pressure, (truck getting stuck and my Holden Colarado saving the day) smooth with the mother-in-law and nothing a problem. Even coming back to grab the left over wrappings once we unpacked. Mr Conroy I have your boys telling me how good it is to work for you, well they definitely are doing the company proud.Time wise it took 12 weeks. I have no complaints as customs/quarantine had a lot to do with that. I appreciate the girls in the office doing their bit including comms but I understand that once quarantine has control what can anyone do. To the girls in the office, Deborah and Trena, thank you very much for putting up with the constant phone calls.

Overall, the use of Conroy's was not our choice as this was done from the removal company in the UK. The issues we had was the poor communication from you. I felt it was left to me to contact Conroy's when requesting an update of when we were going to receive our furniture. The other was the length of time it took to be cleared once it had arrived in Sydney. We fully understand this may have been out of Conroy's control, but keeping us informed with regular updates would have nice.

Kept me in the loop and delivery guys were great.

The intial quote conversations were very helpful, however the minute the parcel was picked up, all email correspondeence shifted not to my email but to another family members email. Depsite numerous issues where forms were required to be filled out and additional expenses were almost incurred due to me, the sender, not receiving those emails rather them being sent to my Dad who had no part of this process. I had raised this numerous times and it was not even acknowledged or responded to. To top it all off, the feedback email was also sent to him.Additionally when my items were taken out, they were not put back in a way that kept the boxes from being damaged, hence valuable pairs of shoes now have boxes that are non functional. How do I resolve that as that was one of the reasons I insured my parcel.

Overall, we were very happy with Conroy Removals.  From arrival in Port of Melbourne to delivery to home in Brighton East it went very smoothly.

Isabella was helpful in the office as were JJ & Chris – my two friendly removalists. Very happy with the service.
