Conroy handled the Australian end of our move from the UK to NSW and did an excellent job.  From handover to delivery we were kept informed and we were even able to track the container to its arrival in Sydney.  We were kept informed of progress with Customs and Quarantine, and delivery was arranged promptly after clearance.  Delivery was handled very professionally and thoroughy, ensuring that all items were checked off against the inventory, and any issues noted.  The delivery team were very supportive and helpful in off-loading to the right rooms and helping with large pieces of furniture.  A great job, many thanks to the whole team.

We provided Auckland with the date we required our cargo in Brisbane and was advised of pick up date in Akl to presumably meet this deadline however after arriving in Brisbane had to wait another 7 days before goods were cleared 

Uk side was very helpful and fast responses, but the Australia side had very delayed responses even though I was in the same country and same time zone and not much communication at all.
