Service was excellent

Impressed with the experience
The many stages of the entire process proved seamless from first enquiry, quoting, packing advice, pick up and keeping in touch through trans-Tasman transit to finally customs and quarantine clearance. Sadly the faultless communication then ceased and after three weeks of no further advice, a follow up was necessary for delivery. This thankfully prompted delivery 3.5 weeks since the last communication. Two breakages. Overall impressed with the experience and would use again.

Good service
Generally good service. Delivery was on time as scheduled. Emails chasing progress were promptly answered, but more proactive communication would be better.

Six and a half months we waited for delivery. They informed us maximum three months. Not any updates. When we called customer service they told us they don't know any updates.

Top class service
Great communication when the container arrived from NZ – Christchurch to Brisbane. We were very well-informed through customs, quarantine and delivery. Top class service. Keep up the good work. Highly recommend.

Found the entire process to be smooth

Very friendly and professional
Conroy Removals were excellent for my move and my partner's move from separate locations into a single new house. We originally got a quote for a potential trans-Tasman move, which didn't eventuate but we were so satisfied with them after multiple horrible move experiences, that we used them for our domestic move. The movers were very friendly and professional. The move was well priced, quick and we had no damage to any of our items. Highly recommend these guys.

Good job
Late to pick up due to short staffed, then driver got lost. Apart from that they did a good job with the stairs on a very hot day.
