My small shipment was delivered just after Christmas by a friendly, courteous delivery driver. As I am staying with family until I get my own place, I have not unboxed anything yet, but all seems to be in good condition externally. Communication has been excellent throughout, with frequent emails advising me of my shipments progress through arrival and clearance processes, and a phone call confirming delivery time, which proved extremely accurate.
