Efficient and very much stress-free

Everyone from the initial booking to the move itself was wonderful. Moving is the unfunnest thing to do ever – and highly stressful. I honestly felt so assured and the move itself was professional, efficient and very much stress-free. And it was pouring rain! Would definitely recommend and use your services again. Thank you!

The goods were delivered as per the date and slot time advised beforehand so did not have to wait long for delivery. The delivery people were also nice and helpful. Very satisfied.

Absolutely hassle free

Dealing with Trevor and the team from Perth from the get go, to the crew in Auckland, made shipping my stuff back to New Zealand and delivery to National Park absolutely hassle free. Thanks again to the Conroy Removals team. Really appreciate everything and will definitely forward your company name onto fellow friends as they move home to New Zealand in the future.

The unpackers were great, helpful recording everything and taking the packaging. They said the office would be in touch regarding the damaged items. No surprise there was no follow up, nor when I sent a proactive email asking for follow up. This sums up my experience, your office just doesn't respond to basic questions, nor make it simple to understand what is going on for someone not in shipping eg I got three separate invoices (I had only been expecting one).
