When you hire our movers by the hour, you only pay for the time you use. We provide this service for people who want to manage their own move and know they’ll need some help but don’t know how much until moving day. It makes DIY moves easier, as we can do as little or as much as you need, or even manage the whole move if you get overwhelmed.
Why hire movers by the hour?

- We charge an hourly rate on a depot to depot basis which includes our travel time pre-calculated by Google. We appreciate that time is money. So while we may quote you a rate per hour, we only charge you to the nearest minute.

- You can also buy moving boxes and packing materials at any of our branches if you’re packing yourself.

By the hour essentials:
- Make sure everything is packed and ready to go on moving day. If you’re still packing items you want us to move, it adds time, which adds cost. If everything is ready, we get it moved right away.
- Plan and prepare for where we can park our moving truck. The closer we can get the truck to your house will save you money.
- Make sure you provide clear access from your house to the moving truck to reduce loading times.
- Never try to lift anything you can’t pick up easily. Let us handle the heavy stuff.
