Due to lack of follow up on customs clearance and delivery dates

communication is lacking for Mukul, it would be better if we keep client well informed if there is a delay in delivery date

A client surname in the feedback would be helpful – one slight improvement – once the shipment has left the care of your inbound team and transferred to Ops to arrange delivery details, , there is no communication back to the agent (me) on final delivery date/time – I have to assume its all locked in and your ops team are actually calling the client. It would be nice to have that certainly.

so far the response time in rates and services are good.

Its kind of a trick question “would I use again”, the ocean shipment is inbound to you. The communication from your end is lacking. We were advised in the begging that customs and quarantine take up to 8 days, this is absolutely untrue and I would have liked to better advise my client up front instead of backtracking this entire time. We had to chase your office to get any feedback. You didn’t reach out to our transferee directly to even advise you had his shipment and were working on it. Overall, this could have gone more smoothly.
