Crew services are too bad to move/deliver for this upright piano on JAN.31,2020. The crews results the damaged its for their responsibility. They told to this client they have no experience to handle / move out for upright piano. How could it be ? Conroy is well experience in moving industry. Why it takes this bad services ?

Both of us have been worked for over 10years with very good relationship. This leads us to sad with this damaged on the upright piano.

A client surname in the feedback would be helpful – one slight improvement – once the shipment has left the care of your inbound team and transferred to Ops to arrange delivery details, , there is no communication back to the agent (me) on final delivery date/time – I have to assume its all locked in and your ops team are actually calling the client. It would be nice to have that certainly.

As usual no problems be nice to get some return business though
