The team did a good job from the time the goods were handed over to them and they updated via email and text messages about the status. All the goods were in good condition with no damages. Overall it was a good experience and will surely recommend to others.

Everything was excellent except for the small hiccup with the delivery. But it won't stop me using your service again or recommending to my friends.

There was a curved gaming monitor that was taken out of the box and was missing.  The box arrived opened and empty.Took alot of time to sort similar items together to ease unpacking and when packed they mixed all the items together in a box, causing additional work when unpacking e.g. glasses, mixed with pots, mixed with electrical cables, mixed with bowls etc in one box instead of 1 box with glasses, 1 with pots, etc.Also, communication was difficult with the Brisbane office, they never returned our calls or messages and only responded to emails sometimes.. this could be improved especially when looking for an update on delivery or customs clearance.We only received 18 hours notice that our delivery was coming the next morning and this was difficult to take time off work to be home for delivery, it would have been better with at least 48 hours or longer notice of delivery.On a positive note the guys who delivered in Brisbane were great, helpful and efficient.

Second time I've used conroy and they were amazing. Efficient, great communication and friendly delivery guys. 

Fantastic service – so quick and easy! Customer services very friendly and responsive throughout the process (including giving regular updates re expected shipment date), and then the two guys that delivered all our boxes were really incredible – on time, lovely and fast but very careful with our stuff as well. 

What a great experience dealing with this company! All involved in the process from start to finish has shown professionalism. Communication was tops, we never had to wonder or ask where we were in the process, we really appreciated the text updates. And we were blown away to get our furniture so early, exactly 4 weeks from start to delivery. Thanks Conroys! You get a well deserved 5 stars from us!

They are a professional and efficient company with great communication. They were prompt in replying to any of my enquiries.

This end of the delivery was great, other than having to pay another $420, which I wasn’t expecting.  On initial enquiry back in uk, nothing was mentioned about having to pay more when my packages arrived, even though they stated they believed in full disclosure, which is why I chose them in the first place.  I was kept informed on the progress of my delivery by the Brisbane office and staff were helpful and informative.  My boxes were delivered without a hitch and even arrived before the expected time and delivered to my doorstep with a smile.

Really smooth process from the initial pick-up to delivery of our possessions in Australia.We were updated on every stage of the process, would strongly recommend.
